At Cloudbreak Eye Care, we believe in the power of patient choice and want to know how we can improve our patient care. We measure many aspects of patient care excellence and continually review opportunities to improve our patient experience. This survey will give our patients an opportunity to provide feedback about their experience with their physician and our clinic staff. By monitoring real-time patient feedback, we are able to review the results and prioritize patient experience improvement objectives. We also share our positive survey results and written compliments with our dedicated team members to recognize them in their daily efforts.
